Please check the following before producing product labels and packages.

  • Are materials (logo, text, images) provided for package production?

    You must provide the required content or plan (HWP, Word, PPT files), and supplementary materials (logo, text, images, etc.) separately. If no text is provided, additional writing costs may apply.

  • How long does it take to produce the actual printed packaging?

    The schedule may vary depending on the packaging form, material, and printing method. On average, production is completed within a few days to a few weeks after design completion. Special processing or unique structures may require additional time.

  • What if I have a desired design concept?

    To reflect brand colors, please attach any reference images or site URLs of your preferred design concept.

  • Is actual production available in addition to design?

    Yes. We provide one-stop support from packaging design to physical production and delivery. We can handle various materials and processing methods, with flexibility for both sample production and mass production.

  • Does logo design incur additional costs?

    If logo design is required, additional costs will apply.

  • Who owns the usage rights of the product and the copyright of shopping mall content?

    The usage rights of the product and the copyright of shopping mall content belong to the customer.

  • Is VAT included?

    All costs are exclusive of VAT.

  • Does photography incur additional costs?

    If photography is required, additional costs will apply.

  • Are there restrictions on region and on-site consultation?

    We provide free on-site consultations anywhere in Korea upon request.
