  • Work Process / Duration

    Through sufficient consultation, we understand the purpose and concept of the request. Sketch draft → Feedback → Line art/Coloring → Feedback → Final completion This is the process we follow. It usually takes about 4 to 10 days. The duration may be extended depending on the complexity of the work.

  • Reference Guide

    During consultation, we will ask about the usage, file format, and direction, and provide an estimate based on this information. All works are original creations and do not infringe on copyrights. The copyright for commercial use belongs to the client. Please understand that due to the nature of design work, refunds are not possible.

  • What information is required for character creation?

    You need to provide the type of design you want (person, animal, gender), the desired direction or concept (storytelling, reference), and the purpose and use of the work (personal, group, web, goods, etc.).

  • How does the consultation and quotation process work?

    We confirm the purpose of production, scope of use, and desired style. If you have reference materials or ideas, please share them. We discuss the level of difficulty and the expected number of revisions.

  • How does the contract and poster planning process proceed?

    Once the consultation and quotation are agreed upon, we sign a contract. The contract includes scope of work, schedule, cost, and revision rules. The project begins after a down payment is made.

  • How does the feedback process work?

    We refine the design based on client feedback. If necessary, multiple revisions are made to improve completeness. The scope of revisions follows the agreed number and range specified in the contract.

  • How are the costs handled?

    All costs are exclusive of VAT.

  • Are there restrictions on region and on-site consultation?

    We provide free on-site consultations anywhere in Korea upon request.

  • What is the process for poster design?

    We check the purpose of the poster (event, promotion, product advertising, etc.). Define the target audience and message to be delivered. Confirm the concept by reflecting brand colors, key visuals, and character usage.
